The RCET Placement Cell is dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and industry by providing students with numerous opportunities for career growth. The cell actively engages with top-tier companies to organize campus recruitments, internships, and training sessions, ensuring that students are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the competitive job market. Through a comprehensive approach that includes mock interviews, personality development workshops, and resume-building sessions, the Placement Cell strives to help students secure rewarding career paths in technology and related fields. This proactive initiative not only enhances employability but also strengthens the department’s commitment to student success. The MCA Department Placement Cell were conducted in Placement Drive of BUDDIZ on 19th November 2024.Totally 32 students participated in the drive and shortlisted in Eight students.
